WELLESBOURNE WOMEN'S INSTITUTE

The WI was founded in 1897 in Canada to educate women in hygiene and domestic science. The first WI in the United Kingdom was formed in 1915. Over the years the WI has kept up to date with the issues of the day at both local and nation levels. Wellesbourne WI has a membership of 32. We meet on the second Wednesday of the month in the village hall at 7:30pm.
