Guide Dogs for the Blind

The Stamp Box in the Chemist has been emptied twice since Christmas – thank you for saving all your used postage stamps. We also collect old mobile ’phones which we are happy to collect if necessary.

Our knitted Easter chickens are on sale in the Chemist and also Duncan’s pet shop. This year they are selling at £1.20 each due to the increase in price of Cadbury Creme egg – but still good value. Our thanks to the shopkeepers for their support.

Wellesbourne
Community Church

Wellesbourne Community Church will begin in April. This is a new opportunity to meet together and worship in the village, in a very relaxed and informal way. We'll meet in a venue (TBA) away from the formal church environment and we'll have a worship band to lead the songs.

We're trying out new ideas to make Christianity more relevant to the lives of the people of Wellesbourne and this is the first of several new initiatives. Please visit our website
www.wellcommchurch.org.uk
or look us up on Facebook. We'll be meeting on a weekday evening and the details will be on the website once they've been finalised.
