Some of the missing pages have been archived here . The archive is very sketchy in some places and quite full in others, and is a lot better now than when I first linked to it; it is better than nothing until we can sort out something else. In April 2009 we exceeded our 25mb free allowance, so cannot keep much more than 2 years on this site, nor restore earlier pages. Unfortunately I was not monitoring the warning e-mails and the site went down, but I do now check the space we are using. If you know of any other sites with free space, please let me know - Peter.
